We do not have complicated policies for replacement or refund. All you need to do is submit a request through the replacement and refund platform, provided that the request is submitted within 3 days after receiving the shipment from the shipping company, and you will be served within 48 working hours. The refund is processed immediately after approval of the request. The replacement fee is 35 riyals. The refund fee is 35 riyals. Shipments outside Saudi Arabia are not eligible for replacement or refund. Khosh Misbah store has the right to cancel any customer's order in case of a website malfunction, a pricing or offer error, or product stock depletion, and the amount will be refunded to the customer's bank account or card. The customer has no right to demand the product or to complete the order. The prayer beads that are engraved cannot be returned or canceled.
